Our Mission

To know the love of God and to show the love of Christ

To bring us to an understanding of God's will in our lives, we seek to learn and teach what it means to be disciples of Jesus Christ, trusting the Holy Spirit for guidance, the Holy Scriptures for truth, and the Sacraments to sustain and strengthen us.  We direct ourselves and all we have and are to supporting Jesus Christ's Mission:  Serving others in His Name.

Men of St. John's

The Men of St. John's will be accepting donations of socks, toiletries and other items for the Pleasant Valley Mens Shelter. This will coincide with the annual dinner on March 6th.

Please drop off donations at the church office. They could also use a couple of volunteers to help deliver the food to the shelter. Please contact Jim Graham with any questions or to volunteer.

Fellow Congregants:

Our Annual Meeting was held on Sunday, January 31, 2021.  Congregants had an opportunity to participate in person, virtually and by reviewing the written materials associated with the agenda with an opportunity to participate if desired.  Voting on the approval of the minutes and the Greater St. John’s Fund distribution was by written ballot distributed prior to the meeting.  Attendance was determined by those congregants in attendance in person, virtually and by a count of total returned ballot and constituted a quorum.

The minutes of the 2019 Annual Meeting held in January 2020 were approved.  The vote was 119 in favor, 2 opposed and 3 abstentions.

The 2021 GSJF distribution was approved.  The vote was 121 in favor, 6 opposed and 3 abstentions.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
